Not Satisfied With Your Order?
We would love to hear how we can improve. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, or send us a photograph if the product is defective. We will review your request and, in most cases, will be able to resolve the issue without requiring you to return the item.
Where a return is required, we guarantee that your refund will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item, or, where applicable, within five business days of us confirming the issue via photograph through our customer support team.
Important
Beauty products, and items purchased during sales or promotional periods, cannot be returned.
Returns by Post
You have up to 14 days from delivery to exchange a product for a different size or colour, or to request a refund, where the item was delivered to a parcel collection point near you.

2. Include Your Packing Slip
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a note stating your order number.
As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please always request a tracking number when sending your parcel. Once your return has been dispatched, please contact us at info@wellory.co.uk to let us know whether you require a refund or an exchange (size/colour).
Please note that Wellory is a trading name of Norelio Group Limited. Our primary fulfilment warehouse is located in Asia. Please ensure that your return is sent to the supplier address listed above.
3. Shipping the Return
Please take your parcel to your nearest post office or courier service to return it to us.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process your exchange (size/colour) or issue your refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@wellory.co.uk.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we will provide a full refund. If cancellation is requested after this period, the item(s) must be returned to us once delivered, in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.
The time taken for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Recommendation
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us.
